Cebra is the strongest of her element’s kind. There are only a few beings that can rival her elemental bending skills. This has earned her a place in the Council of Lightning, a group that consists of a select few members; one of each race that wields the element of lightning, Toa, Matoran and sentient Rahi are a few of those species.
Cebra’s high elemental bending skills are partially empowered by the ‘relic’ she wears on her back. These wings amplify the wearer’s elemental powers. That, combined with her natural skillset in using her element makes her a very strong ally, or foe.
Cebra has a short temper, which can lead to sudden angry outbursts. Although she is usually calm on the surface, when provoked she can be extremely dangerous; severely maiming or even outright killing those who taunt her. This has put her position in the council at risk many times. Despite this ill temper, she remains very cunning and will not hesistate to use dirty tactics, rather than brute force, to get what she wants. Thanks to her expansive knowledge and skills surrounding her element, she has discovered many uses for it in combat. One of her personally developed skills is called “the static shield”. All species that wield the element of lightning (except for Turaga) are static. Formerly thought of as a useless trait, Cebra has discovered that by training, one can regulate the amount of energy used by this inate trait to permanently shield themselves from small to medium sized projectiles (ie: bullets/arrows). Once these projectiles come in close enough proximity the static charge will arch out and destroy the projectiles mid-air. The strength of the user determines whether or not they are able to destroy projectiles of bigger size and velocity, while also increasing the range from which they can be deflected.
Her strength in duels versus members of her own kind is immense. She can easily divert excessive amounts of electricity fired at her by using her tail, meaning the rest of her body and limbs can prepare any other counter-attack to her opponent.
